Mini Grant Application

Use for instructional material grants from $1 – $100 for Independent School District 332 Staff. The Mora Education Foundation will award Mini-Grants up to a total of $2,500.00 in any given school year.

  1. The MEF Mini Grant is for the purchase of creative instruction materials up to $100 for your classroom to provide an exciting learning experience for your students. 
  2. The Mini Grant may be applied for any time between July 1st and October 31st.
  3. Grant materials are approved as written in the grant; no changes are allowed after approval.
  4. All materials purchased are the property of Independent School District #332 and will remain at the school in the event the teacher leaves the school district.
  5. Grants will be awarded based on creativity of materials and long term benefit and use.

No evaluation form needs to be submitted if your grant is approved.
If your grant is approved, you will be notified via email entered above.
Write your name on the receipt(s) for materials purchased and mail to: MEF Mini-Grant, PO Box 323, Mora, MN 55051
If your receipts are greater than $100, you will be given a check for $100.

A check will be mailed to the address you provide below:

By accepting funding, the grant recipient(s) agree(s) to include in news articles (332 in Review, Kanabec County times, etc.), on printed marketing materials, in interviews, etc. at a minimum a statement similar to “Materials purchased for this project were purchased fully/partially (select one) from a Mora Education Foundation grant.”

Upon submission, after about 10-30 seconds, you will see a \”Success\” message displayed. You will also receive an email confirming your submission details.

For reimbursement of funds for your Mini Grant, simply bring your receipt to the HS office to pick up your check!
